Terms of Service

Vernon (loved.music) is a music discovery tool for DJs and diggers. It surfaces obscure electronic tracks, lets you preview and like them, and export your crate through third-party services. By using the site or signing in, you agree to these terms.

You can browse Vernon without an account. Signing in is done through Discord; what we store is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you can delete it at any time from your account page.

Please use Vernon in good faith. In particular, do not:

• manipulate votes or ratings, including through multiple accounts, automation or coordinated campaigns;
• abuse rating, tagging or any other contribution feature once available, for example by submitting false, spammy or misleading input;
• attempt to disrupt the service, bypass its limits, or access data that isn't yours;
• scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for others.

We may suspend or remove an account, and discard the related contributions, if we believe these rules are being broken. We aim to do so proportionately, but we are not obliged to give advance notice in cases of clear abuse.

Track information, popularity figures and previews come from third-party sources, and exports go through TuneMyMusic to the streaming platform you choose. Vernon is not affiliated with or endorsed by these services or by the artists and labels whose music is listed, and their own terms apply when you use them.

Vernon is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind. The catalog may be incomplete or inaccurate and the service may change or be interrupted at any time.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. Continuing to use Vernon after a change means you accept the updated terms.
